Requirement is the foundation of business analysis. Requirement is not only important when we actually do the project, but need to be maintained for a long time to come. In a way, requirements are immortal. As the time changes, technologies, products and customer preferences evolve. All these things will drive change or improvement in requirements. Hence requirements need to be managed for a longer period of time. The Business Analysis Information Management Approach defines how requirements need to be documented, stored, reviewed and accessed within an organisation.
