Business Analysis Video Series : Problem Solving in Business Analysis




Problem comes as a package. We should see the problem in its entirety, meaning that a problem contains two elements. They are root cause and symptoms. As a business analyst we should develop the solution for the root cause and not for the symptoms. This is well explained in this video.
